Brussels waffle mix

Ready to use, with all the ingredients for perfect Brussels waffles. Very easy to prepare by just adding water. Light, airy and crispy on the outside, still a little creamy on the inside. Is baked golden yellow.
The Brussels waffle mix is also suitable for use in the churros waffle iron for delicious crispy churros waffles.

Preparation advice :
Mixing ratio: 1 kg Brussels waffle mixture + 1.50 liters of water
Mixing: Beat by machine for at least 4-6 minutes on high speed.
Preparation: +/- 3.5 min cooking at 220 ° C
Waffles per kilo: approx. 20/22 Brussels waffles.

Liege waffle mix

Delicious sugar wafers with real pieces of pearl sugar! With this waffle mix you can make your own sugar waffles by adding only water and real butter.

Preparation advice :
Mixing ratio: 1kg Liège waffle mix + 320ml water + 70g real butter
Mixing: +/- 3 minutes mixing on lowest gear with dough hook or butterfly.
Preparation: bake for about 4 minutes at 160 to 170°C
Place the balls on the waffle iron and close the waffle iron without pressure! The dough finds its way between the iron and the sugar slowly melts while the dough is baked.

Lolly Waffel mix

Churros are traditionally made with dough prepared with boiling water. Our churros mix with special ingredients can be prepared with cold water!! Just add water and ready to use. This results is a very tasty and crunchy churros.
Delicious complete churros mix for the tastiest real Spanish Churros.

Preparation advice :
Mixing ratio: 1 kg churros mix + 1 liters of cold water
Mixing: mix in slow gear for about 5 minutes with a dough hook (gives a more crispy baking structure). Mixing with the butterfly gives a more even structure.

American pancake mix

Chocolate mousse

Beat for 6 minutes until firm
Divide into piping bags and/or small glasses before leaving them standing!
Let the mousse rest for 2 to 4 hours in the fridge

Crème brûlée

The easiest way to make delicious crème brûlée. This mix is ready in just 30 seconds. You can finish the creème brûlée with sugar after it rested for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. The preparation is done with cold water and cold cream. Nothing needs to be heated or cooked.

Preparation advice :
1 kg mix + 2 L water + 2 L cream
